Admission Requirements
The Holly Drive Leadership Academy welcomes all children and parents who want to work together. The Charter School does not discriminate based on race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, tuition assistance programs, or any other school-administered programs.
To enter kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before December 2nd of the year of entry.
To enter first grade, a child must be six years old on or before December 2nd of the year of entry.
How To Apply
Holly Drive Leadership Academy requires students who wish to attend the Charter School to complete an application form. After admission, students will be required to submit an enrollment packet, which includes the following:
- Student Enrollment Form
- Proof of Immunization
- Home Language Survey
- Completion of Emergency Medical Information Form
- Proof of Minimum Age Requirements
- Release of Records
